What happens if I forget to put my bin out?

Just call or email us, we can help make alternative arrangements.
 
If I am away on holidays, can I still get a pick up?
We are always ready to make alternative arrangements, just call or email and we can decide if we could pick up on a different day.  
 
What are payment options?
We can accept cheques through the mail or left in a clearly market envelopes in your recycling bins.  We can also accept internet payments through our website.
 
Will you pick up items which are not recyclable?
No, due to our business insurance and mandate we can not pick up items which are not listed on our website as recylables.  We will simply leave it in the bin.
 
Do I have to use a Blue Box?
It is easiest for our staff to identify a Blue Box as a recycling tote.  If you do not have a recyling tote you can purchase one from 1st Curbside Recyling for a nominal fee.  Or you could purchase a tote from a hardware store.
